A warm welcome.

It is good to have you here.

Sport and movement have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From my own time in competitive sport, I know the ambition, the pressure to perform and the impatience when your body does not respond as planned. That is why, in my consultation, I want to understand both where it hurts and what you want to be able to do again.

My career has taken me through the Technical University of Munich and LMU Munich to a research fellowship at the University of Connecticut. Today, I am medical director of OrthoCenter Munich and a Privatdozent, a university lecturer, at TUM. My work combines personal examination, modern diagnostics, conservative and regenerative treatment, and assessment of surgical options.

Beyond my clinical work, I enjoy research, publishing and writing. My main interests are joint preservation, sports injuries and the return to sporting activity.
